full subtractor
A three-bit subtractor using a half-subtractor and two full-subtractors. You can go to the edit menu and copy the full-subtractor to make the second full-subtractor. Make certain that the borrow-out of the half-subtractor is the borrow-in for the next most significant bit. Continue by making the borrow-out of one place the borrow-in for the next most significant place. See the figure below for clarification. The x’s and y’s should be attached to two CircuitMaker hex-keys. To understand the output, the left-most hex-display is negative. If it comes on you should subtract the eight from the hex-display on the left to obtain the final answer.
